How do I place an order?
Shopping with Technomobi is simple!
Browse our website, add your favourite products to cart, and proceed to checkout. Choose to deliver it anywhere in South Africa or collect it our Head Office, if you in the area.
You’ll receive order confirmation and tracking updates via email.
How do I cancel an order?
If you would like to cancel or amend your order, please contact our team as soon as possible via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Orders that have not yet been dispatched can usually be cancelled immediately. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may be subject to courier return processes and timelines.
What does “In Stock” mean?
“In Stock” means the product is available to order from Technomobi or one of our trusted fulfilment warehouses.
Please refer to the shipping timeframe displayed on the product page for estimated dispatch timing.
What does “Reserve” or “Pre-Order” mean?
Reserve or pre-order products are incoming stock items that are not yet available for immediate dispatch.
By placing a reserve order, your stock allocation is prioritised before the product becomes publicly available again.
Can I shop in-store?
Yes! Walk-in customers are welcome.
Please note that not all products are physically available at our office, as some stock is fulfilled from our warehouse.
For the best experience, we recommend contacting us before visiting, Or rather placing an order for collection.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout South Africa with only trusted, well known Local Couriers.
Are your products original?
Yes. Eligible products include warranty coverage in accordance with manufacturer or supplier terms and conditions.
Delivery & Shipping FAQs
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery time = Product Processing Time + Courier Delivery Time.
Processing time is displayed on each product page.
Courier delivery estimates after dispatch:
- Major cities: 1–3 working days
- Outlying areas: 2–5 working days
How much does delivery cost?
- FREE delivery on orders over R2000
- Everything under R2000 will be calculated on checkout via the courier integration (This is location based)
Additional charges may apply for oversized items or remote delivery areas.
Which couriers do you use?
We work with trusted South African courier partners including:
- The Courier Guy
- RAM
- Internet Express
- Fastway
Our system automatically selects the most efficient courier for your area.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only deliver within South Africa.
We are working on international shipping!
Can I choose my courier?
If you have a preferred courier service, please contact our team before placing your order and we’ll do our best to assist.
Please Note: There might be additional costs involved as each courier have different rates.
Can I request urgent delivery?
Yes! Overnight or next-day delivery may be available on selected products and locations.
Additional charges will apply.

What happens if I enter the wrong delivery address?
Our system is built that a broken address will not let you checkout at all, but in the case that you got a house or floor number wrong, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Incorrect delivery information may result in delays or additional courier charges.
Do you offer weekend deliveries?
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Weekend delivery is currently unavailable.
Can delays happen during busy periods?
While we always aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur during:
- peak sale periods,
- public holidays,
- severe weather,
- load shedding,
- or courier backlogs.
Click & Collect FAQs
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes, Click & Collect is available from our Head Office in Gauteng.
Is Click & Collect free?
Yes, there is no charge for Click & Collect.
How long does Click & Collect take?
If the item is immediately available at the collection point, collection can often be arranged quickly.
If stock needs to be transferred from our warehouse network, collection usually takes 1–3 working days.
How will I know when my order is ready?
Our team will contact you via email or phone call once your order is ready for collection.
What do I need to bring for collection?
Please bring:
- Your order number
- A valid ID document

What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a variety of secure payment methods, including:

Do you offer payment plans or instalments?
We do not over payment plans, but we offer multiple buy-now-pay-later and instalment options through selected payment providers.
Is online payment secure?
Yes. All payments are securely processed through trusted payment gateways using encrypted technology.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery services.
Order Tracking FAQs
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS from the courier service provider.
You can also track your order through your Technomobi account.
I haven’t received tracking details yet, what should I do?
Tracking details are only sent once your order has been processed and dispatched.
If your estimated processing time has passed, please contact our support team for assistance.
Repair Shipping FAQs
How do I send my device for repair?
You can find our available repairs on the repair service page: Services
Our support team will assist in arranging collection of your device through our courier partners after you have purchased your selected repair.
How should I package my repair device?
Please:
- Back up your data
- Remove SIM & memory cards
- Securely package your device using bubble wrap and a sturdy box
Technomobi cannot be held responsible for transit damage caused by insufficient packaging.
Are courier fees included for repairs?
Our repairs are priced with the collection and delivery fees included to make the process seamless.
