Technomobi operates through a multi-location fulfilment and warehouse network to provide customers with a broader product range and improved availability.
As a result, some products may be dispatched directly from our warehouse partners or transferred to our fulfilment location before shipping.
Certain products, including selected Vodacom-sourced devices and network-supplied stock, may have specific processing timelines depending on stock availability and supplier dispatch schedules.

For selected eligible products, orders placed before 10:00 AM may qualify for next-working-day processing or expedited dispatch.

4. Shipping Fees
Technomobi offers:
- FREE delivery on orders over R2000
- Delivery fees for orders below R2000 are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and applicable courier rates.
Delivery costs may vary depending on factors including:
- delivery location
- parcel size and weight
- volumetric dimensions
- remote or outlying destinations
- courier service availability
Additional charges may apply for:
- oversized or bulky products
- farms
- game reserves
- hospitals
- special delivery requests
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Technomobi uses BobGo and its network of trusted South African courier partners to ensure efficient delivery based on your location and service requirements.

Through our delivery platform and courier network, the most suitable courier service and delivery rate are automatically selected based on your location, parcel requirements, and service availability.
Once your order has been dispatched, customers will receive:

- courier updates where available
- access to order tracking information
7. Click & Collect
Technomobi offers Click & Collect at our Gauteng collection point.

8. Urgent Deliveries
Overnight or expedited delivery services may be available on selected products and destinations.
Additional courier fees may apply.

9. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

- load shedding

Technomobi cannot guarantee delivery dates and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or external events outside of our control.

11. Delivery of Repair Devices
Customers sending devices for repair should ensure devices are securely packaged prior to courier collection.
We recommend:
- bubble wrap protection
- sturdy packaging
- removal of SIM and memory cards
