Trade-In

If you are doing a Direct Trade-In you can search for device. If you are doing a Campaign Trade-In search for the campaign you bought your current device on and search for the device you would like to trade-in.

How it Works

Step 1

Purchase Device Purchase a device with a participating promotion on the Technomobi site.

Step 2

Apply for Trade-in

1. Search for your qualifying pre-owned device to start the application process.
2. Answer a few grading questions on the condition of your device to confirm if you qualify.
3. Input your new device model IMEI to ensure you qualify for the trade-in service.

To find your IMEI – Dial *#06# or Go to your Phone Settings then select “About Phone”

Step 3

Collect device Prepare your old device by doing the following:

Back-up data
Remove memory card
Disable theft protection
Reset to factory settings

Step 4

Review & Payment Your pre owned device will be inspected to confirm final grading outcome. Upon successful inspection the trade in value of your pre-owned device will be paid to you or a gift card with this amount will be sent to you.
