Each and every device is run through an IMEI tracking and fraud protection database to ensure it is not stolen or blacklisted.
Our team of Technical Specialists perform a full and complete data wipe on all devices with a full factory reset, in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements.
Furthermore, we run a complete diagnostic analysis on all devices and replace any components that are not functioning optimally to ensure you get a “Good as New” device at a price you deserve.
What do I get with my CPO device?
All devices are refreshed and updated with the latest available software.
Your device is re-packaged in a non-branded box which will include a new charging adaptor, charging cable and headphones. Resealed and “Good as New”.
Is there a warranty on these devices?
All our CPO devices are A-Grade devices. (Unless otherwise specified)
A-Grade devices are the highest rated devices, thus the BEST grade we can give them.
Both the body and the screen of the device have no noticeable scratches or defects. (From time to time there can be minor scratches)
Samsung Devices are provided with a 3 month Original OEM warranty.
